| Pervanovo has acquired 5,000 m² of building land in the centre of Banići village, near Slano. The land lot is located around 25 km north west of Dubrovnik, and around half a kilometre away from the nearest beach. The intention is to built about 40 apartments and several small villas. The construction is planned to begin soon in the coming years with the goal of the properties being fully operational and available for renting in 2014. More information will follow as the project comes along. |
