| Villa Franica was acquired in an awful state by Pervanovo in July 2006. Since then the villa, especially the interior and the garden has been greatly renovated, until it was completed in late 2008.
Today, it is used for tourist business, particularly directed towards people who want exceedingly amount of privacy and luxury. It is located right next to the sea and a small beach. The villa consists of five bedrooms, several bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, two balconies, several closets and a kitchen. There is also a pool in the garden. |
