InvestmentsPervanovo has since the year 2004, invested in a total of twelve properties in the Dubrovnik area. The investments are based on the following business concept.Unique and originalThe aim is to acquire mainly old properties at the best locations in each area and to make interior renovations to the highest standard and comfort while maintaining the exterior parts as original as possible. The projects should be used for tourist purposes.Marine environmentThe marine life is an important part of the tourist concept and the projects are located mainly at the seaside, close to or directly in marina areas. Pervanovo has sailing and motor yachts available for the guests.Non-smoking and healthyPervanovo applies the highest health regulations in Europe. All projects are therefore strictly non-smoking inside all facilities as well as outside in gardens, restaurants and pool areas. The served food is mainly ecological and from the local areas.ConferencesAll projects have access to modern conference rooms, Internet communication and gym/spa facilities are planned. Most of the projects can alternatively be rented as one unit with a higher degree of privacy and security.Some projects are especially designed for management meetings and conferences. Comprehensive programmes based on active tourism in the Adriatic Sea and mountain areas around Dubrovnik could be offered.Special programmes are arranged for Välinge licensees and partners.Restricted private rentingPrivate room or apartment renting is possible. Private persons could however also rent a total unit provided that the ethical committee of Pervanovo approves. |
