| Kapetana was acquired and refurbished as the first project 2004 to 2005. It is now privately owned by the Pervan family. The villa has a unique location in a green area at the sea side in lapad overlooking the Elafiti Islands and the entrance to Gruz harbour, just by the peculiarly named "Copacabana beach". In addition of being a private residential home of the family in Croatia, it is also used for certain guests and meetings, especially business partners to Välinge Invest and its related companies. |
