| Pervanovo has acquired three properties in the Dubrovnik old town. The total building space is around 700 m² and the properties are located about 50 metres from each other, close to the main street Stradun.Two properties are already refurnished and the third will be ready in 2010. The complete project will comprise of twelve apartments or studious which will be available for tourist renting.
All three properties are from the 17:th century. The old exterior parts have been completely maintained in the original shape. The interior parts have however been completely renovated to modern standards.
