In 2007 Pervanovo initiated archaeologic works in the garden where one of the oldest Roman christian baptist chapels was found together with ancient roman coins and small sculptures. The chapel was built sometime in the fourth century, just when Christianity was starting to spread through Europe. Today investigations about how to preserve the ruins are being made.

Already in the 1920th, several other old objects from the fifth century were found in the garden and are now exhibited in the monastery, located opposite the property.

The 700 m² building will be refurnished and used as a small apartment hotel. The majority of the works have been completed and if everything goes as planned, the property will be operational in 2011.
