Villa Tereza is located in Konavle, five minutes walk from the Dubrovnik Cilipi airport. The villa was built by Tereza Kesovija, one of the most famous Croatian singers, as a replacement for her previous home that was burned by aggressors during the Homeland War in Croatia 1991-1995. Pervanovo acquired the property in 2006. The large garden with an old chapel, old oak and olives trees, is surrounded by high stone walls. The villa has five bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two dining rooms.
