TRAUMHAFT!
Die Villa ist absolut zu 100% zu empfehlen. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen ist der Fluglärm kaum wahrnehmbar. Pool war sehr sauber und die Gartenanlage ist einfach traumhaft. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Schon der erste Schritt in die Villa ist gigantisch! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Draußen gibts auch Weber-Gasgrill, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Internet highspeed mit Magenta Max und Netflix usw. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer sehr bequem. Die Badezimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause. Die Bilder hier bei Booking geben nicht das wieder, was die Villa eigentlich hergibt, dafür ist die positive Überraschung beim Einchecken umso größer. UND unsere Ansprechpartnerin Vinka war für alle Probleme immer ansprechbar. Sie hat jedes kleine Problem sofort behoben bzw. dafür gesorgt, dass es behoben wurde. Sie ist eine sehr nette und höfliche Person, die ihren Job perfekt kennt und ausführt. Ich kann diese Villa nicht oft genug zu 100% empfehlen.2019
We were a family of seven and we just loved Villa Tereza. Pictures in the interenet can not describe the villa properly. The bedrooms are in the second floor, which is good. Very tidy and nice rooms. Lots of space and the yard is wonderful. Kids just loved the pool. Very warm welcoming and Klara gave an excellent introduction when we arrived. Definetely worth the money.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tereza. Vinka was fantastic who was there to meet us at our arrival and show us round the villa. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped straight away with any issues. The villa was immaculate and went above expectation. The grounds were beatiful where we could relax with a morning coffee and every night. The location was perfect for travelling into Cavtat and Dubrovnik and even though it was opposite the airport you would never have known and wasn’t a problem atall. All amenities were provided at the villa and housekeeping were brilliant! We cannot rate Villa Tereza highly enough, we were extremely sad to leave.

This home was beautiful, clean, and safe. The concierge service and all communication throughout was impeccable. I have never stayed at a better rental home/apt/building etc. The additional joy it brought all members of my trip was unexplainable. I would stay here 10 times out of 10. This is a must rent if you are in the area.

WE DEF RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY, IT IS TRULY 5 *
Wow what a villa, the pictures do not do this property justice. The space is superb. Everything is well thought out, there are 2 full baths and 1 extra bathroom attached to the poolhouse/ laundry room as well as a guest bath off of the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped. The BBQ is fantastic. We stayed here as 2 families , 4 adults, 3 young children and a baby. Vinka provided us with a highchair and travel cot upon request. We had room to spare. There was air-conditioning throughout the house which made it very comfortable on the hottest days. Pool towels were provided as well as housekeeping service for stays lasting more than 7 days. There is parking space for up to 4 cars around the villa. Vinka was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the villa, was very responsive to any questions we had. Dubrovnik is only a 20 min away and the lovely villages of Cavtat, Mlini and Plat are only a 10 min drive away. Konavle wine region is a 15 min drive in the opposite direction. The airport is opposite the neighborhood in which the villa is located which means at times you can hear the planes, but it wasn't overly disturbing.2017
Lovely grounds and facilities perfectly situated for a relaxing break. We used Uber and airport buses to travel to Dubrovnik and any daytrips were happy to pick us up at the top of the road. Pave was an excellent and attentive host. Would definitely book again if returning to Croatia.

Absolutely amazing! A wonderful, and grand, old house with beautiful grounds and every facility. Vinka was the perfect host and helped us with any queries that we had, along with suggestions of where to go and what to do. Although the house is within earshot of the airport, I would not hesitate to recommend this location, as it is perfect for lovely Cavat (5-10 minutes), Dubrovnik (20-25 minutes) and the gorgeous countryside and coast nearby. We would love to return!

MAGNIFICENT!
This Villa is absolutely magnificent, set in beautiful grounds, it even has its own Chapel, rooms were all spotlessly clean, a grocery pack and a bottle of wine were left for us, great touch, Vinka was more than helpful, we were only there 4 days , wish it had been longer, very peaceful and relaxing, we will definitely be back, thank to all2016
We were met at the door to the villa with a smile and given a tour of the house, the outbuildings, and the grounds. The kitchen was well equipped and already stocked with milk, juice, bread, and more. Everything was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The pool and yard were clean and inviting. The villa is close to the airport, but we weren't bothered by planes. It was a little bit of a drive to downtown Dubrovnik, but we were surrounded by small towns up and down the coast. There is a gas station and small market within walking distance and more just a short drive away. We had a great time and were sorry to leave!
